Holderness Area Rural Transport (H.A.R.T. Community Transport) is a registered Charitable organization running door to door dial-a-ride Community Transport services for North, Mid and South Holderness in the East Riding of Yorkshire in England.

'To provide a community transport service for the inhabitants of North Holderness and its neighbourhood who are in need of such a service because of age, sickness or disability (mental or physical), or poverty, or because of a lack of availability of adequate and safe public passenger service'.

In 2002 residents of five villages surrounding Hornsea (Atwick, Bewholme, Great Hatfield, Mappleton & Withernwick) formed a committee to improve rural transport in the North Holderness area of the East Riding of Yorkshire.
H.A.R.T. Community Transport was successful in it’s bid to the Countryside Agency for funding for a community minibus with disabled access.
H.A.R.T. Community Transport is a not for profit Charity and a Company Limited by Guarantee. H.A.R.T. Community Transport is run by volunteer trustees.
The dial a ride door to door services cost no more than public transport and are available on a first come first served basis.
H.A.R.T. Community Transport also have available a number of buses for Community Group hire including:
The buses can be used by community and voluntary groups in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
H.A.R.T. Community Transport is unique in that it is the only not for profit organisation to run a MEDiBUS in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
